About Cold February Films
Private, multi-set creative studio on Boston’s North Shore (Peabody, MA). 2,000 sq. ft., ground-floor access, signature sets, large cyc wall, green screen (add-on), Rain Room (add-on), and gated parking with vehicle access to the cyc (approval required). Built for videographers, photographers, podcasters, musicians, and creators who need pro results—without the red tape. Private bookings only.

Things to know!
We're located in Peabody, Massachusetts, 25 minutes from Downtown Boston. Right off route 128 exit 38. The building has on-site parking with a gated lot and there is an MBTA bus route nearby.
We never double-book — the studio is private during your slot.
Bring a valid photo ID; every adult signs a liability waiver at check-in.
Setup/cleanup must be inside your booked time.
Max people: keep it reasonable (we recommend ≤10).
Overtime billed per policy.
Rain Room requires a signed waiver (+$100 add-on).
Vehicle on cyc requires approval (+200 add-on; tires must be dry).
