  • Capture/Delivery: Shot in 4K by default. Standard delivery 1080p; 4K delivery +$25 per final.

  • Popular blocks: 2, 3, 4, or 8 hours.

    • 4-Hour (Half-Day): includes a :30 vertical teaser or $50 edit credit.

    • 8-Hour (Full-Day): includes a 60–90s highlight or $200 edit credit.

  • Add-ons: Rain Room + $100 • Vehicle on cyc + $200 • RAW Dump to your drive at wrap + $79 • RAW Dump via WeTransfer + $149 (re-upload +$20).

  • Props & add-ons: most are free—just select at booking; a few premium options carry a flat fee.

  • Shoot-only clients: Book your hours and select a RAW Dump add-on to receive all footage.

What’s Included

Use of any signature set, the cyclorama wall, and the photo area (7 backdrops); pre-lit RGB practicals on sets; wardrobe racks + mirror; private restroom; waiting lounge; Wi-Fi; HVAC; on-site manager; gated parking/backlot; basic grip (power strips, extension cords, sandbags, 1 C-stand). Bring props is fine—no holes/nails; heavy items require approval.

What each tier includes

  • Bronze (Clean Cut): story edit, color correction, sound design/mix, light motion graphics (titles/lower-thirds).

  • Silver (Polished): Bronze + creative color grading, fuller sound design/mix, motion graphics, transitions.

  • Gold (Feature Look): Silver + VFX/effects, masking, speed ramps/slow-mo, voiceover integration (if provided), 3D text/advanced graphics.

Small note beneath table: 1 revision included on the final; extra revisions $20 each.

Delivery & RAW

  • Finals: Delivered via WeTransfer (handling $20 per project; one link). Need a fresh link later? Re-upload $20.

  • Default: 1080p H.264. 4K delivery +$25 per final.

  • RAW Footage (if you’re not hiring us to edit):

    • Dump to your USB-C SSD/USB at wrap: $79 (fee waived later re-upload not needed).

    • Dump via WeTransfer: $149 (organize + upload). Re-upload later $20.

Credit & Usage

  • Credit required in captions/end cards (e.g., “Directed/Shot/Edited by Cold February Films”).

  • If credit is missed, please add it within 72 hours.

  • No-Credit Waiver: +15% or +$200 (we can still use work in portfolio).

  • Full Ghost/Buyout: +35–50% or +$500+ (no public credit & no portfolio use).

  • We may share behind-the-scenes/finished work unless a waiver/buyout is purchased.

Quick Notes

  • Overtime: 5-minute grace; then billed in 30 minute block (rounded up) at $95 per 30 min (local) or $120 per 30 min (travel), subject to availability—Studio may refuse if another client is scheduled.

  • Setup/tear-down happen inside your booked time.

  • Capacity: Please keep total people reasonable (we recommend ≤10 on site).

  • Rain Room requires the add-on; water flow is staff-controlled.

  • Policies acknowledged at checkout; security/loss prevention in effect. The liability waiver is signed in-studio upon arrival (adults must present a valid ID).

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

  • You have 24 hours from paying the deposit to cancel, reschedule, or make changes; otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

  • One reschedule is permitted. If you cancel and don’t rebook within 12 hours, you’ll forfeit the deposit and must repay it to reschedule.

  • If the deposit isn’t repaid by that point, the time slot is released.
