Engineer & studio (for the $50/hr service).
Mic chain: Neumann TLM 103 (vocal mic), Avalon VT-737sp channel strip, shock mount & pop filter.
Interface/monitoring: Apollo Twin MKII Duo, UAD-2 Satellite, PreSonus Monitor Station v2.
DAWs: Pro Tools, Logic Pro, FL Studio on Mac Pro.
Monitoring: Yamaha HS8 pair + HS8S sub, Adam TV5 pair.
Headphones: Yamaha HPH-MT5 & HPH-MT7 (artist + control).
Power/conditioning: Black Lion Audio PG-2, isolation pads, proper cabling.
Comfort & facility: sound-treated room, waiting lounge with TV, Wi-Fi, HVAC, on-site manager, gated parking.
Plug-ins on deck: Universal Audio, Waves, FabFilter, Acustica, Kiive, Plugin Alliance, Tone Projects, Audioscape, Celemony (selection varies by session).

$50/hour — 2-hour minimum (with engineer).
$30/hour — 2-hour minimum (self-service / bring your own engineer).
Private, single-client studio — we never double-book.
Room capacity: max 4 people total (talent + crew). Additional guests are not allowed.
Pre-mix is included inside your booked time (levels/rough balance so you can leave with a reference).
Mixing & Mastering is a paid add-on ($200/song, 1 revision included).
Clean/Radio Edit available ($30/song).
Session files / stems: free if we copy to your USB/SSD at wrap; $25/song if we prep & send after the session.
Overtime: 5-minute grace, then $35 per additional 30 minutes (w/ Engineer), rounded up, subject to availability, or $20 per 30 minutes (Self-Service), subject to availability—Studio may refuse if another client is scheduled.
Payment: deposit to lock your slot; balance at arrival. Full policies acknowledged at checkout.

No food or drinks in the studio. Keep all beverages/food in the waiting lounge only.
Self-service option = you bring your own engineer; our staff does not operate the DAW/mics for that service.
Be on time & record-ready. Setup/record/clean-up are inside your booked time.
Overtime may be refused if another client is scheduled.
Policies are acknowledged at checkout; a simple liability form is signed on arrival (adults must present valid ID).

Default deliverable (with Editing add-on): final WAV + MP3 at 48k/24-bit, tasteful loudness, basic fades.
Turnaround (typical):
- Mix & Master (single): 3–5 business days
- Multi-song projects deliver sequentially on that same timeline.
Delivery method: WeTransfer — $10 handling (one link per project). Need a new link later? Re-upload is $10.
- Bring a USB-C SSD/USB at wrap for an on-the-spot copy and the handling fee is waived.
RAW session/stems: free at wrap to your drive; $25/song if exported after the session.
Mix & Master add-on: $200/song, 1 revision included (send one list of notes). Extra revision: $20.

You have 24 hours from paying the deposit to cancel, reschedule, or make changes; otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

One reschedule is permitted. If you cancel and don’t rebook within 12 hours, you’ll forfeit the deposit and must repay it to reschedule.
If the deposit isn’t repaid by that point, the time slot is released.

Up to 4 total (talent + your engineer/me). No extra guests on site.
- With engineer: $50/hr (we set up, record, rough premix inside your time).
- Self-service: $30/hr, 2-hr min. Bring your own engineer; we give a quick orientation.
Recording time is billed hourly. The $200 is a flat fee per song and includes 1 revision (extra revisions $20 each).
Single song: 3–5 business days. Larger batches scale with size (faster if the queue is light).
Bring a USB-C SSD/USB at wrap (free), or WeTransfer delivery ($10 handling, one link per project; re-upload later is $10).
