Delivery & Editing

  • Default deliverable (with Editing add-on): 1080p/30 H.265 (HEVC) video + cleaned/leveled RØDECaster audio, basic color balance, simple lower-thirds, head/tail trims.

  • Turnaround (typical): Single = 3–5 business days • 3-pack: ≈ 1 week • 5-pack: ≈ 2 weeks • 10-pack: 4–5 weeks (faster if the queue is light)

  • Delivery method: WeTransfer (one link per project) — $20 file-handling. If the link expires and you need a new one, re-upload is $20. We do not archive after delivery.

  • Bring a drive? If you bring a USB-C SSD/USB at wrap for an on-the-spot copy, we waive the handling fee (RAW add-on, if purchased, still applies).

  • Capture options: Default capture: 1080p/30 H.265 (HEVC). 4K Capture Upgrade (all cameras) +$25/session. 4K RAW requires SSD pickup (free copy); edited 4K can be WeTransferred (still +$20 handling).

  • RAW deliverables (paid add-ons):

    • RAW audio stems (multitrack WAV) — $99

    • RAW video – 1 camera + audio — $149

    • RAW video – 3 cameras + audio — $199

  • Editing add-ons (prepaid bundles, ≤60-min episodes):

    • Basic Episode Edit — $79 (multicam sync/switch, trim heads/tails, simple titles, audio sweeten, 1080p export)

    • 3-pack $225 • 5-pack $355 • 10-pack $669 (Bundles deliver sequentially on the timelines above.)

What’s Included

  • Audio chain: RØDECaster Pro II mixer/recorder • up to 4× Shure MV7X • 4× broadcast arms • 4× headphones • 4× XLR • pop filters.

  • Lighting: basic 2-point for talking-head.

  • Set: your choice of one signature set or the cyc wall (Rain Room excluded); sets are pre-lit with RGB practicals.

  • Recording media: in-studio 1-TB microSD capture (for recording; not a take-home card).

  • Furniture: podcast table + studio bench/sofa; extra chairs & stools available.

  • Facilities: private restroom • waiting lounge w/ TV • Wi-Fi • HVAC (AC/heat) • 15-ft ceilings • on-site manager • 6 gated parking spaces + gated backlot/loading.

  • Grip & power: power strips • extension cords • sandbags • 1 C-stand.

  • BYO décor (optional): small tables/chairs/props are welcome. No holes/nails. Use non-marking tape & surface protection; heavy items require manager approval.

  • Staff role: we set up, start, and monitor the session (no live switching/teleprompter/operators).

  • Payment: deposit to lock your slot; balance at arrival. Full policies acknowledged at checkout.

Lowest published rates on Boston’s North Shore. Private studio, no double-booking.

SOCIAL CLIPS (OPTIONAL)

  • $25 per clip (10–15s, vertical) • 3 clips = $60 • 5 clips = $90

  • Auto-captions +$10/clip

  • Client supplies timestamps or add “Find My Moments” +$20 (we scan up to 15 minutes)

  • Delivered via your normal method (WeTransfer +$20 handling or SSD pickup)

Quick Notes

  • No green-screen edits at this time.

  • No room switching or custom set builds during a podcast session.

  • Max 10 people total (talent + crew). Setup/cleanup are inside your booked time.

  • Locked cameras only (no operators, no live switching, no directing).

  • Overtime: 5-minute grace, then $40 per additional 30-minute block, rounded up; subject to availability.

  • Policies acknowledged at checkout; the liability waiver is signed in-studio on arrival (adults must present a valid ID).

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

  • You have 24 hours from paying the deposit to cancel, reschedule, or make changes; otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

  • One reschedule is permitted. If you cancel and don’t rebook within 12 hours, you’ll forfeit the deposit and must repay it to reschedule.

  • If the deposit isn’t repaid by that point, the time slot is released.

  • Up to 10 people total (talent + crew).

  • One signature set or the cyc wall for the whole session. (Rain Room isn’t used for podcasts.)

  • No. Cameras are locked on tripods. We frame, start/stop, and monitor audio. Up to 3 cameras by request; 4K capture is an add-on.
