Overview

  • Weekday Rate (Monday–Friday): $50/hour

  • Weekend Rate (Saturday–Sunday): $75/hour

  • 60-minute booking increments — no hourly minimum

  • Private studio — we never double-book

  • Setup and cleanup must be included in your reserved time

  • 60-minute buffer between sessions

  • Rain Room is an optional add-on (waiver required)

  • Vehicle on cyclorama requires approval; 3+ hour bookings only. Tires must be dry.

  • Overtime: 5-minute grace period, then $30 per additional 30 minutes, rounded up, subject to availability.

Quick Notes

  • Optional upgrades are selected during booking and charged separately.

  • Music playback: Add our Bluetooth speaker for $30 or bring your own at no charge.

  • Rain Room, vehicle access, and other optional upgrades are not included in the hourly rental price.

  • Bring your own camera and production crew. Studio team assistance is available as a separately priced service.

  • All studio policies must be acknowledged during checkout.

  • All guests must present valid identification upon arrival. Adults must sign the required liability waiver.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

  • You have 24 hours from paying the deposit to cancel, reschedule, or make changes; otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

  • One reschedule is permitted. If you cancel and don’t rebook within 12 hours, you’ll forfeit the deposit and must repay it to reschedule.

  • If the deposit isn’t repaid by that point, the time slot is released.

FAQs

  • $50/hour weekdays - $75/hour weekends, 60-minute blocks, no minimum. (Day Pass: 8 hrs available.)

  • All signature sets + cyc wall, private studio (no double-booking), ground-floor access & gated parking.

  • Choose them during booking: Rain Room +$100 (waiver), Green Screen +$60, Vehicle on cyc +$200 (3+ hr only, approval, tires dry).

  • Inside your booked time. We hold a 60-min reset buffer after your session. Policies are acknowledged at checkout; liability waiver is signed in-studio. Bring ID(s).

  • Podcast can be set up on any set (except the Rain Room) and is booked separately. The Audio Recording Room is a separate room/booking.
