Important Information:

Setup, cleanup, recording, and file exporting must be completed within your booked time.
Sessions begin at the exact time booked, not upon arrival.
File exporting is included in your hourly time — please plan accordingly.

After booking your appointment, you have 24 hours from the time you paid your deposit to cancel, reschedule, make changes, or your deposit will not be refunded.
You're only permitted one rescheduling.
If you don't reschedule your one-time rebook within 12 hours of your cancellation. You'll lose the deposit and have to re-pay the deposit fee to reschedule.
By this point, if you haven't repaid the deposit fee. It will result in the loss of your hourly slot.
